What advantages does Total Fire Group offer the end use customer ?
Total Fire Group's formation allows these fine branded lines to share costs in key areas and with the
attendant savings offer important new advantages for the customers of any and all Total Fire brands.
Expanded Marketing Support in the Field . . .
Total Fire Group has a 30-member regional sales force. These marketing professionals are company employees whose
full time job is to assist our customers. Your regional director has no other job but to help you. Regional
directors are pager accessible, are backed up by an area inside marketing associate and technical specialists
for each brand line. They are available to help you write specs, do competitive comparisons, prepare bids, schedule
seminars, educate your staff and check on in-process orders. The Total Fire Group customer will approach every
question with FAR more factory support than is available anywhere else.
Expanded R&D Support . . .
Total Fire Group will shortly establish a pooled technical resource center to most cost effectively explore new
technologies and refine new product offerings. This shared R&D cost advantage will mean the Total Fire brand
customer will continue to enjoy the benefits of technologically leading edge products into the future.
Expanded Protective Interface Capabilities . . .
Total Fire Group's brands span the entire personnel protective envelope and hence, we are uniquely capable of
offering products that work together to provide vital interface capable protection. As OSHA and NFPA impose
stricter and stricter "as worn" and "full body" protective requirements, Total Fire customers will have
integrated and interfaced product advantages that others can only dream about.
